Poor Timmy aka “The Pulverizer.” Thinking that being mutated would turn himself into a fearless monster one that can take on any foe and help the Turtles fight evil. Instead, he turns himself into a giant brain-like creature one that drinks mutagen and creates arms and legs made of acid. Donatello keeps Mutagen Man inside a Kraang fish tank until he drinks Mutagen and manages to break free and use the port holes for his arms and legs. This figure is based on Mutagen Man’s mutagen power with the acid arms and legs, and the brain inside the fish tank with the mutagen inside.

Sculpt & Paint:
Mutagen Man is an all-new sculpt with the mutagen powered Mutagen Man ready to take on the Turtles. This is a scaled down figure compared to the animated series, but it is still show accurate with appearance and attention to detail.
He has a clear plastic yellow and orange mutagen powered arms and legs with a turquoise fish tank showing it’s full of mutagen. He has a speaker which allows him to speak, an fisted right hand with an opening at the center allowing him to hold some kind of accessory (which would just melt by the acid), and an open hand with holes. The tank is painted in grey with a pink Kraang level at the top.

Hinged and swivel shoulders, swivel wrists, hinged and swivel ankles.

Overall:
Mutagen Man is long overdue for a return in the TMNT franchise since he has not been seen since the 80’s. This is a great figure and one that will be remembered by fans.
