NECA’s San Diego Comic-Con 2014 Exclusive Ahab Predator figure is based on a character introduced in the upcoming Dark Horse Comic Alien vs. Predator: fire and stone. Ahab Predator was available to purchase at the NECA booth at SDCC as well as available to purchase online for a short time.

Sculpt & Paint:
Ahab Predator uses existing parts from other Predator figures, and includes a newly sculpted head and mask. The mask is specially designed to fit his head and features sculpting on the inside of the helmet to fit and not fall off. It has battle damage sculpt on with claw marks over the right eye as well as at the top of the mask. His head sculpt has a lot of detail fans are accustomed too with his right eye missing along with the upper part of his right tooth.
His body includes silver armor and his skin is covered in the standard net-type look that’s standard for this line.

Standard for Predator figures.

Mask, detachable laser weapon, staff.
Overall:
Ahab Predator is an excellent figure and a good choice as the SDCC exclusive this year.
