Update: We are getting conflicting reports from both Hasbro and Diamond Comics Distributors. While Hasbro stated they are sold out, Diamond Comics Distributors returned our email with the following:
Diamond did ship the figures out in August and some allocations may have occurred where some shops got them and others did not. If your comic shop had an order that was not received, please have them contact their customer service representative at Diamond so we can resolve the issue .
Following our report that comic book shops will not be carrying the Marvel Legends Jubilee wave, Hasbro has confirmed for us that Diamond has sold out of this assortment and will only be available at Toys “R” Us.
