Hasbro has been doing some great work updating Beast Wars characters that the original toys just didn’t do these characters justice. In recent years, Hasbro released new molds for Cheetor, Dinbobot, Waspinator, Rattrap, Rhinox, Megatron and Optimus Primal with show accurate colors and appearance. But there are still characters to do even if they were not featured in IDW’s comic book series from the classic 1996-1999 series.
Beast Wars Terrorsaur is a perfect example of this and he needs a new figure as the original toy was the wrong color, and too small in the basic scale. With today’s sculptors and technology, Hasbro can easily do Terrorsaur justice with giving him a show accurate figure in red and grey and make him a deluxe scale figure for the first-time.
We’ve noticed that Rhinox is starting to peg warm at retail and hope that this doesn’t stop Hasbro from continuing to make Beast Wars and Beast Machine characters as they just did with Tankor. If Hasbro does continue to make Beast Wars toys, we also hope to see updates to Airazor, Scorponok, Blackarachnia, Tarantulus, Silverbolt, and Tigatron. Being one of our favorite Transformers shows and toyline, we just can’t get enough of these characters and want to see it continue to hit toy shelves with new updates to some classic characters.
This week for Wishlist Wednesday, we are asking Hasbro to consider making a new Beast Wars Terrorsaur action figure that’s show accurate and if possible, continue on with the list we mentioned above!
