Bad Blood Predator was originally part of Predator Series 12, and was replaced with Viper Predator that was scheduled to be included with the Blade Fighter Vehicle. While on the back of his cardback there are the Series 12 line-up (Viper Predator, Enforcer Predator, Eldor Predator V2), Bad Blood Predator was shipped separately.
He is based on the Dark Horse Comic Book Series Predator: Bad Blood by Evan Dorkin and Derek Thompson.
Availability: October 2014
Sculpt & Paint:
Bad Blood Predator uses the standard Predator sculpt and features some great additions such as a Predator skull on his left shoulder, additional parts of bones on his right shoulder, forearm, calves, and alien skulls on his knees. In addition he has two human heads hanging from his hips by a string and two aliens head that are supposed to hang from the left hip but we couldn’t figure out how that works. The right shoulder armor blocks the range of movement for the ball-jointed shoulder when raised upward. The alien heads sculpted to his knees are attached to the upper part of the joint, so you still have knee articulation at the lower part of the joint.
According to NECA, Bad Blood Predator has more details and accessories compared to any of the 60+ Predator figures before him. His armor is detailed with sculpted texture and painted brown with black highlights. His skin is painted in a beige with black highlights and red blood on his chest and blades. Painted over his skin is the black fish net. Additionally the human heads are painted with skin and hair with blood coming from the mouths and noses, and the back of their heads were removed and are now showing the brains.
