Sculpt & Paint:
The Falcon was one of six characters to be offered before the stretch goals started. His head sculpt is that of a falcon with brown, white, and yellow deco, big black eyes, and a sharp beak. His body is sculpted with sculpted texture representing feathers on his body, and his metallic blue, gold, and bronze armor has lots of great detail and is shared with all other characters. Around his belt are a variety of non-removable accessories including a horn in the back. He comes with 2 sets of interchangeable feet. Available as an add-on are his light brown wings that are connected through ports on his back by removing the smaller wings. The wings are ball-jointed/hinged and have one swivel joint at the top, and are sculpted with detailed texture. He stands at 6-3/4″ tall from the top of his head to the toes.
Iz-Ra-Mirrus, the Quetzalcoatl is a Mesoamerican deity whose name comes from the Nahuatl language and means “feathered serpent.” His head sculpt is based on a serpent and given his name, his body is based on the appearance of a lizard, but also shares the same body as the rest of the line. His head features big white sharp teeth, big yellow eyes, and feathered red hair. His skin tone is painted in lime green. The armor is painted in gold, turquoise, red, and brown, with the belt of accessories sculpted around it. His feet are painted in blue, which is strange given his green skin tone. Available as an add-on are his red wings that are connected through ports on his back by removing the smaller wings. The wings are ball-jointed/hinged and have one swivel joint at the top, and are sculpted with detailed texture. He stands just over 7-1/4″ tall from head to toes.
Articulation:
Ball-jointed head, ball-jointed chest, ball-jointed shoulders, hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, swivel waist, ball-jointed hips, hinged knees, hinged calves, ball jointed ankles.
Accessories:
The Falcon – 3x Feet (open, clawed, and closed feet), spear.
Iz-Ra-Mirrus – 3x Feet (open, clawed, and closed), spear.
Overall:
The Falcon and Iz-Ra-Mirrus are excellent figures. The wings on Iz-Ra-Mirrus especially the color choice that The Horsemen said to go with seems strange considering that the color is a different shade of red from the feathered hair, and we also were wondering why they didn’t make a set of green wings for this character. The Falcon looks complete with the wings, but Iz-Ra-Mirrus might not need them considering the color.
Highly Recommended.
