Diamond Select Toys offered a San Diego Comic-Con 2015 Exclusive Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mirage Black & White Minimates Box Set to attendees this year as well as some online retailers. Currently, we cannot find any store that has this box set listed as in stock, as this is one of the more popular exclusives from DST this year. The box set has a limited production run of 3,000 pieces.

Sculpt:
The box set is based on the original 1980’s comic book series from Mirage Comics. Each Minimates figure is painted in black and white deco as depicted in the original comic book series by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird.
Leonardo includes two Katanas and a sewer lid figure stand, Raphael includes two sais and a sewer lid figure stand, Donatello includes a bo staff and a sewer lid figure stand, and Michelangelo includes two spinning nunchucks, two bent nunchucks and a sewer lid figure stand.
Each figure shares the same sculpt and does not include the letter of their name on the belt, which was also in the original comics, and the only way to tell them apart are their facial expressions, iconic weapons and the sheaths on the their back. They each have the standard Minimate block, with a shell/chest piece that sits over the body to give them an accurate look. They also share the same sculpt as DST’s upcoming colored Mirage Minimates figures in green and red bandana’s.
Overall:
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Mirage Black & White Minimates are an excellent set and we look forward to more TMNT Minimates.
