Ahsoka Tano made her return to the Star Wars Universe earlier this year in Star Wars Rebels as she was revealed to be “Fulcrum,” the Rebel contact Hera was was in communication with. Ahsoka aided in the created along side ally Senator Bail Organa. Since her departure from the Jedi Order nearing the end of The Clone Wars and before the Great Jedi Purge (Order 66), Ahsoka has had no contact with Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi or many of her Jedi companions and is unaware that he former Master, Anakin Skywalker, is actually Darth Vader. In the series, Ahsoka sensed something familiar and Darth Vader was able to sense her as well and reported back to Darth Sidious that the padawan of Anakin Skywalker lives.
Hasbro released both Ahsoka Tano and Darth Vader as a 2 pack and these make great additions to their Star Wars Rebels line.

Darth Vader has the likeness of his animated appearance, and features a wide cape so both arms can fit inside, texture on his cape and garments, and a smooth black helmet. Included with Vader is his red lightsaber and a firing disk with launcher. On his left hip is a hook for his lightsaber to hang from, but there is hook or anything on the lightsaber itself to hang, as well as the fact that the blade is non-removable.
Ahsoka Tano has a beautiful sculpt and based on the likeness of her appearance as well. Comparing this figure to The Vintage Collection version or any Clone Wars figures, we feel that 5 points of articulation is a huge let down. Moving past that, you can overlook it as the sculpt as there are some great aspects about he figure including writing on the garments around her hips,two hooks to hold the lightsabers (which the lightsabers have the same problem as Vaders as mentioned above), two lightsabers, and a spinning accessory. We found it hard to stand the figure during the photoshoot, and had to borrow a stand from G.I. Joe to make her stand. Hasbro probably should have included a stand with her.
Overall:
Darth Vader and Ahsoka Tano are two great figures and feature some great likeness to the Star Wars Rebels animated series. If you can overlook the fact these are only 5 points of articulation, this two pack is definitely something to pick up. It’s hard not to love this set even with the limited articulation.
