In May, we had some advance reviews of Atomica and Superman Icons 6″ action figures and now we’re wrapping up wave 3 with Aquaman and Harley Quinn. DC Collectibles had a long hiatus between waves and now fans can finally purchase the latest Icons series at their local comic shops and online. Each figure features a good amount of articulation and paint and are based on all generations of DC Comics.
Harley Quinn is part of the third wave, which also includes Atomica, Superman, and Aquaman. She is #13 of the line.

Harley Quinn is a modern take that is based on Batman: The Animated Series, which gives her a more “real world” sculpt in these classic threads and colors. The costume has opposing colors of red and black, playing card diamonds, jester hat, and a painted face and stark lipstick.
The figure comes together nicely with an accurate sculpt, and the facial sculpt looks more realistic than animated inspired. There are even some smaller details such as the collar, sleeve caps chest sculpt, and boots all are specific to Harley.
Included with Harley are a cork gun and a mallet, along with 5 interchangeable hand sculpts.
Overall:
Harley Quinn is an excellent figure and we really like all the detail given to her. This is an excellent Harley figure that fans will want to pick up.
