A toy company named Huckleberry will be launching a new line of collectible finger puppet fingerines this year at Target and Walgreens stores. They had made their debut at San Diego Comic-Con and were kind enough to give us some samples of their upcoming product line.
The line includes finger puppets of several upcoming licenses including Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War, Guardians of the Galaxy, DC’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Spongebob Squarepants, and Marvel’s Secret Wars. There will even be some DC Comics based figurines as shown in the gallery below of our booth coverage.
This past week, they had offered five different three packs that are limited edition of 500 pieces worldwide, and they will not go back into production on any of these. In addition the exclusive three packs, Huckleberry will be offering blind bagged single packs that are shown below, and these are the one’s you can purchase at Target and Walgreens.
Inside the blind bags, each figurine is wrapped in cardboard so you cannot feel inside and try to guess which character it is. The top and bottom are left open, but trying to tell which character is inside is nearly impossible without opening it.
For the single blind bags, each license has a nice selection of characters.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles – Raphael, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, Splinter, April O’Neil, Shredder, Slash, and Casey Jones.
Captain America: Civil War – Agent-13, Black Widow, War Machine, Hawkeye, Black Panther, Ant Man, Captain America, Falcon, Iron Man, and Winter Soldier.
