This years San Diego Comic-Con was a big year for fans of Jakks Pacific’s Big Figs collectibles as there were three exclusives available to purchase at the show. The Jokers Wild Batman, Star Wars: The Force Awakens C-3PO were available to purchase at the Entertainment Earth booth (Joker’s Wild can be ordered now HERE, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens Captain Phasma Big Fig was available to purchase at the Jakks Pacific booth during the show.
C-3PO is based on his likeness as seen in Star Wars: The Force Awakens with his new red arm from another droid, and a new shiny chrome paint deco that becomes a center piece of any Star Wars collection.
C-3PO was only offered at the Entertainment Earth booth during the week of San Diego Comic-Con, and is not offered online. For those of you that were not able to attend, we provided a link to some eBay auctions that you can check out to obtain this figure.

C-3PO stands at just under 18-1/2 inches tall and uses the same sculpt as the regular Big Figs edition released at retail. This version features a chrome shiny gold finish as seen in the movie. His body is sculpted smoothly with some nicely detailed circular patterns on his chest, the sides of his legs, as well as various lines and definition as seen in the film. His red right arm comes from a fallen droid that C-3PO used to replaced his own arm that was lost in a mission. The arm is identical to his left one, with the only change being the color and it’s also not painted in a chrome finish. Also his right hand is not painted in the same chrome finish as the rest of his body, and is painted metallic gold instead. His stomach and lower back shows the exposed wiring in multiple colors and the black deco has sculpted texture. On his back, you can se the where the holes are screwed in just like the Die-Cast Disney Store 7″ figures.
The articulation on C-3PO includes a swivel head, swivel shoulders, swivel biceps, swivel wrists, and swivel legs.
Overall:
This is the ultimate C-3PO big figs that u need to buy to add to your Star Wars collection. This is a superb, accurate, and detailed deco and figure sculpt that all Star Wars fans will love. The only small issue we have is with the right hand not being painted in chrome.
