Jakks Pacific had offered a Premium Edition Captain Phasma Exclusive Figure at this years San Diego Comic-Con and Star Wars Celebration in London. Captain Phasma was priced at $60 on sale at the Jakks Pacific booth. Also available at San Diego Comic-Con this year was The Jokers Wild Batman, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens C-3PO. This was a big year for Jakks Pacific and their exclusive offerings, which had offered three great variations of repaints that might not always work at retail especially at this price point.

Captain Phasma stands at 20-1/2 inches tall and uses the same sculpt as the regular Big Figs edition released at retail. This version features a metallic shiny silver finish as seen in the movie. His body is sculpted smoothly with Stormtrooper body armor, which includes pouches around his belt, and detailed elbow, shoulder, and knee design. Her head sculpt is based on the new First Order design, and features the likeness of her movie appearance very well with the curved helmet. Inside the mouth piece and around the sides are a very nicely detailed texture, which resembles how air moves through the helmet. Her cape is also given a premium detail and made of black and red fabric.
Included with Captain Phasma are three First Order blasters, and the largest one can connect to her right leg by connecting the pegs on the blaster to the peg holes on her legs. This is definitely a nice touch and well thought out figure. What we also like is the fact that her wrists can swivel, so moving the blaster around a little helps focus it facing straight up instead of being slanted.
The articulation Captain Phasma includes a swivel head, swivel shoulders, swivel wrists, and swivel legs.
Overall:
The new deco on Captain Phasma is extremely well detailed and aimed at the adult collector, and the fabric cape, and First Order blasters are also a nice touch. If you were to purchase one Captain Phasma figure from JAKKS Pacific, then this is it.
