DC Collectibles is offering a Justice League 7 pack based on DC Comics Rebirth storyline in their Icons line. This 7 pack includes Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg. Each figure does not include accessories as opposed to the single pack release. Each figure in the 7 pack is also an update to the single pack, with an up-scaled sculpt, so that it’s a taller figure.
Thank you to DC Collectibles for providing their DC Icons Justice League 7 Pack for review. Look for this to his comic shops and online retailers beginning March 22nd, 2017.
Availability: March 22nd, 2017
DC Collectibles Justice League 7 pack 6″ Cyborg figure stands at roughly 6″ tall compared to the upcoming single pack figure being less than 6″ tall. Cyborg is sculpted as he appears in the DC Comics Rebirth storyline, which is a relaunch of the publisher back in 2016. As you can see in the comparison images, the figures sculpt is also bigger and bulkier compared to the single pack figure, as are the rest of the figures in this box set compared to their individual releases.
Cyborg’s Rebirth outfit is a newly designed costume, and he is sculpted in classic silver and dark grey cybernetic suit . His head sculpt is just well tooled with the cybernetic faceplate on the left side of his face, as well as the lower portion of his head all the way around. The suit is very nicely detailed and has a muscular build to it. The chest plate has a red and dark grey symbol at the center, and there are some red circular on the front of the hips and sides of the thighs. On the left forearm, there is a plate or armor with six triangles painted in red, as opposed to the right arm that has the plate, but does not have the red deco and is slightly tooled differently.
As he does not come with any accessories, his hands are sculpted with close fists, which can be removed and are compatible with previous Icons figures to use as interchangeable hand sculpts. The single pack figure should be in stores next month, and will look exactly like this figure that you can pre-order now on Entertainment Earth, BigBadToyStore and Amazon. The upcoming deluxe pack will have interchangeable accessories, that will be compatible with this version of Cyborg that is apart of this 7 pack. We will be reviewing the new Cyborg figure next month, and will have all the details of the differences between the two figures.
The box set comes with a MSRP of $100, but if you shop smart there are stores listed below that are selling it for less.
