An unannounced Masters Of The Universe Classics single carded Horde Trooper has appeared on eBay.com listed from a seller in California. Previously, Horde Troopers were available only as a 2-pack and is one of the most requested army builders in Mattel’s run of things on the now closed down Mattycollector.
There are rumors that this single carded Horde Trooper are appearing in Mattel Stores on the West Coast. This however is unclear at this time. It is possible that a single carded Horde Trooper was planned for a 2017 release on some point on Mattycollector, but this wouldn’t explain why only the Horde Trooper is allegedly being sold as Super 7 now has the rights to the line. The figure has shown up several times now on eBay, and HEREÂ is the current listing for $45. This seller also lives in California.
It is also possible that this is a test shot sample, and there are also rumors that these were only sold to employees at Mattel. We will update as we know more, but nothing official from either Mattel or Super 7 has been stated about a single carded figure of the Horde Trooper at this time.
