Takara Tomy is offering a new Beast Wars character that will be making his return to the toy market since the 1990’s, and that character is none other than Shadow Panther. In the original toyline, this character used shared parts with Cheetor and Tigatron, which is also the case with this new Masterpiece release. It’s strange, given the fact that Tigatron would have been the more logical choice over Shadow Panther as he was featured in the show, and Shadow Panther just the toyline. Hopefully, Tigatron and additional season 1 characters aren’t too far behind.
Shadow Panther is priced at $89.99 and expected to ship in August 2018. BigBadToyStore.com has opened pre-orders this morning.
