Bandai released solicitations and pre-orders of their upcoming Dragon Ball Stars Waves 9 and 10 Figures are available now. These two waves include some fan-favorite characters such as Piccolo, Frieza 1st Form, SS4 Goku, Perfect Cell, SS3 Goku and Android 17.
