Hasbro Star Wars The Black Series 6″ Second Sister Inquisitor Figure Review

The Second Sister Inquisitor appears in the Star Wars: Fallen Order video game, and made her debut in the Darth Vader: Dark Lord of the Sith 19: Fortress Vader, Part I comic book. The character gained a lot of attention during last years Triple Force Friday Event where brand new Star Wars figures were released such as her. The concept of the Inquisitors was introduced to fans back in Star Wars Rebels with the Seventh Sister, and Hasbro did a 4″ version of that character with 5 points of articulation. With her success, fans liked the idea of trained assassins hunting down surviving Jedi following the events at the end of The Clone Wars, where Order 66 saw the death of most of the Jedi by the hands of their Clone Trooper allies at the orders of Emperor Palpatine.

Thank you to Hasbro for providing their Star Wars The Black Series 6″ – Second Sister Inquisitor Figure for review.

Availability: October 2019

The Second Sister Inquisitor  ispackaged in the standard Black Series window box, with black and red box art, including an image of her on the front, and on the back is a bio. This black box was the standard release offering, and she was also offered in a white box as part of the first day release offering in very limited quantities.

The Second Sister Inquisitor was part of the Triple Force Friday wave of figures that were offered, and the character has received an enormous amount of attention among fans and collectors. The figure is given a great sculpt with a similar build to other female characters in The Black Series line such as Sabine Wren. The Second Sister Inquisitor is cast in her dark grey and black outfit with red stripes on the sides of her arms and legs, as well as the palm of her gloves. She also has a silver belt buckle, stripes on top of her chest, and symbols on the sides of her cape where they are placed over the shoulders.

The cape is removable, and the two shoulder armor plates replaces it that plug into the top of her shoulders. These pieces do tend to fall off rather easily, so be weary of that. Once the cape is removed, she has a full range of movement and you can create some dynamic poses of her holding her ring hilt and two lightsaber blades on either side of it. The hand grip of this is a bit loose, and getting her to hold the hilt with both hands does take some patience. Her head sculpt is nicely done and includes a metallic black helmet and a red visor. The shape and style of it is unique to the character and she definitely looks fierce.

Her articulation includes a ball hinged neck, ball jointed shoulder, swivel-hinge elbow, swivel-hinge wrists, ball jointed torso, ball jointed hips, swivel thighs, double-hinge knees, hinged and rocker ankles.

Overall, The Second Sister Inquisitor is a must-have for any Star Wars fan and the figure is given a great sculpt with a great likeness to the Star Wars: Fallen Order video game.
