After being delayed for months, Super7 is starting to ship out the Masters Of The Universe Classics Snake Mountain Playset to those that pre-ordered this can expect their orders by November it seems. Snake Mountain is the last offering in the Masters of the Universe Classics line that we’re going to see as Mattel has this on the back burner as they’re launching Masters of the Universe Origins this year. While it hasn’t been confirmed that this line is done, getting anymore figures from Mattel or Super7 seems unlikely.
The size of this box is astonishing, and you can clearly see it’s at least twice the size of Castle Grayskull’s box. The artwork looks incredible, and they really did a great job on this. The size of the box should have you a bit worried, as finding a place to keep it, plus Snake Mountain is going to be challenging for some.
Pre-Orders are available at Entertainment Earth for $599.99 USD + shipping. Snake Mountain is slated for a June/July 2020 release.
We will say this, the fact that now two additional outlets are taking pre-orders, does look good that Super7 will hit the minimum they need to get this into production.
