Fishstick depicts itself as a humanoid koi, a type of exotic Japanese fish species although in Chapter 2: Season 1. Fishstick also has four edit styles and four different reincarnations of his design, including Triggerfish, Frozen Fishstick, Contract Giller, and Atlantean Fishstick. One fun fact about the character is that during Avengers: Endgame, Fishstick played tribute to Thor in Fortnite.

Fishstick is packaged on a window box with a blister card in the back. The window is seen on the front and sides, his accessories, and around it is artwork including logos, character design from the game, and the back showcases the character with other offerings below him.
Fishstick is one of the most popular characters in Fortnite and the design is inspired from an exotic Japanese fish species. Fishstick is one of a handful of aquatic themed characters in the game, especially given the fact that he can live out of water. The sculpt pays a great likeness to the game and they did a terrific job capturing this unique design. His skin tone looks great with the red, orange and yellow deco applied, and the colors blend nicely together as you can see. The head sculpt has lumps sculpted on the front of the face plates, but the rest of the skin is sculpted smooth. This design has the legs spread wide apart, which is something you don’t normally see on a humanoid figure. His outfit is green-blue clothing with brown stitches in the front, and unpainted stitches in the back. His belt is also painted brown, with metallic silver belt buckles. His hat is painted in light and dark brown, with light grey stitches.
Fishstick is given three unique facial plates that are interchangeable as we’ve seen with other figures in this line. Each one of the these have unique mouths as shown, while the eyes, and the lumps of the face stay the safe.
Fishstick includes the Bootstraps harvesting tool, Saltwater Satchel back bling, a Fishing Rod and Drum Shotgun, and Infantry Rifle weapons.
The Fishing Rod and Bootstraps harvesting tool, along with the Saltwater Satchel back bling are unique to him and they did a great job sculpting and painted these. The design of the Fishing Rod and Bootstraps harvesting tool are fun to play around with. Each can be placed in his hand, and the grip works pretty well. The Fishing Rod has a hole on the handle so his thumb can be inserted into for a better grip.
The articulation is the same as other previously offered figures, and he includes a ball jointed head, ball hinged shoulders, swivel biceps, double-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, hinged fingers, ball jointed torso, swivel waist, ball jointed hips, swivel thighs, double-hinged knees, swivel calves, hinged and rocker ankles, and hinged toes.
Overall, Fishstick is an excellent figure and a great character to add to your collection. The overall design and deco is astonishing and this is one of the best eye appealing figures offered in this line. Jazwares continues to offer such great Fortnite characters and the quality of the figures are superb. What is also great about this line is that collectors have been buying these just because these are great toys, even if they never played the Fortnite game.
