Who’s a good boy?
Jazwares is offering some new Fortnite Legendary Series 6″ figures that have recently seen release, including Fishstick, X-Lord, Eternal Voyager, Drift, P-1000 and Doggo. Doggo has the likeness of a humanoid Pug and is part of the Grumble Gang set. He is also enemies with Meowscles, and hopefully we’ll get him in the line soon.

Doggo is packaged on a window box with a blister card in the back. The window is seen on the front and sides, his accessories, and around it is artwork including logos, character design from the game, and the back showcases the character with other offerings below him.
Doggo comes in a “burger king” colored sweat shirt with green, brown and red stripes that go around his shirt, which also includes a hoodie on top, with two white strings hanging down the front. The hoodie and shirt are made of a soft plastic that is placed over his torso, and the arms are made of a hard plastic. The stripes are nicely applied and there is no overlapping or bleeding, which is great. He also comes in dark grey pants that have some nicely done sculpted details applied, along with dark grey gloves with his fingers poking through, black boots and orange shoe laces. There are also orange stripes along the sides of his boots.
His face plates are interchangeable as seen with other figures in this line, and each one of this expressions are unique. On two of them, you see some interior details of his mouth such as his tongue and teeth. These expressions are incredibly detailed and work well for the character.
Doggo includes a Chew Toy Harvesting Tool, Chow Down Back Bling, Pump Shotgun, and a Minigun. The Chew Toy is a giant bone that he can hold with one or two hands. and is painted in a metallic copper. The Chow Down Back Bling is a dog bowl that is painted in a dark grey and black, with the name Odin on the side, and kibble sculpted and painted on the side. The Pump Shotgun is painted in realistic colors and fits in nicely in one or two hands, and the Minigun also requires the use or two hands, and has writing on the side. The Minigun is painted in a metallic green and grey, and has some great attention to detail on the sculpting.
The articulation is the same as other previously offered figures, and he includes a ball jointed head, ball hinged shoulders, swivel biceps, double-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, hinged fingers, ball jointed torso, swivel waist, ball jointed hips, swivel thighs, double-hinged knees, swivel calves, hinged and rocker ankles, and hinged toes.
Overall, Doggo is an excellent figure and a great character to add to your collection. The overall design and deco is astonishing and and they did a great job capturing his likeness. Jazwares continues to offer such great Fortnite characters and the quality of the figures are superb. What is also great about this line is that collectors have been buying these just because these are great toys, even if they never played the Fortnite game.
