Bandai Tamashii Nations announced that they will begin to offer figures inspired from the Dragon Ball GT series, which is known for introducing the Super Saiyan 4 forms. Starting off with this line is Goku, as he appeared in the show, and will offer new shoulder articulation, allowing for a greater range of motion in the joints.
Super Saiyan 4 Son Goku includes three interchangeable faces, multiple interchangeable hands, and a 10x Kamehameha effects part.
The Dragon Ball GT Series also takes place in an alternate reality compared to the Dragon Ball Super series, where the Super Sayian God form was introduced. The franchise can be confusing at times considering that there is more than one reality, so you have to pay close attention and have a general understanding of how a “multiverse” franchise works.
Goku should go up for pre-orders soon on BigBadToyStore, Entertainment Earth, Hobby Link Japan, and Amazon. The figure is slated to cost $56 according to the Tamashaii Nations product page, but expect it to cost slightly higher in the U.S.
