Power-Con is holding an in-person event this weekend in California, despite the continuing threat of Covid-19 we’re all facing. Mattel held a digital panel this weekend as they themselves weren’t physically there to host the panels and answer questions.
Look for pre-orders and additional figures at Entertainment Earth, BigBadToyStore and Amazon.
Some highlights of the reveals:

Revelation: Mer-Man, Classic Teela, Fisto, Scareglow (new deco), Andra, Stinkor, Deluxe Trap Jaw and Tri Klops will come with interchangeable classic and modern parts.
Deluxe King Grayskull Target Exclu
Masterverse New Eternia He Man and Skeletor
Mega Construx will be adding She-Ra and more new sets
Masterverse expanding past Revelation in 2022
Masters of the Universe toys will continue past 2023 despite rumors it’s ending
The brand is performing extremely well!
Mattel Creations will be offering the PowerCon exclusives, a mini comic Tri-Klops, and SunMan tomorrow.
Final thoughts: Great reveals this year and Mattel’s MOTU team is doing a fantastic job. Really looking forward to future He-Man offerings for years to come. The only concern I have is that despite Power-Con being responsible and practicing social distancing, including allowing a maximum number of people on the showroom floor at a time and forming lines to get in. Holding an in-person event like this feels too soon considering that we have 80 million people in the Country not vaccinated, according to the CDC. Hopefully 2022 will be a different story.
