The Batman 1989 Grapnel Launcher is a perfect representation of how it looked in the film, and features a foldable handle for you to hold it. It has a launching hook that is retractable using a motorized spool that pulls it back inside. This fires by pressing the button at the trigger point, which then launches the hook straight at the target. The button on the top allows you to retract the string and hook, and the hook needs to be manually pressed inside when most of it is back in from the motor.
