Playmates Toys have kicked off their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem figure offerings with a full line-up of figures, vehicles, a playset and roll play items inspired from the film. The Pizzafire van is the latest variation of the Party Wagon/Turtle Van offered for this new film, and is part of the new releases. The van features a pizza launching action, and figures can fit inside.

The Pizzafire Van comes packaged in a box with images of the van, logo and instructions on three of the sides, and both ends. The bottom of the box showcases the van, the 5″ basic figure assortment and the two motorcycles. The van requires assembly, and comes with a sheet of instructions and unapplied stickers.
The Pizzafire Van comes with assembly required, including the tires, hood bars and pizza on the hood, rear handle bars and foot rests, and rearview mirrors. The stickers also need to be applied
Once assembled, the van will look like this, with the parts and stickers applied. The van features a non-removable tire in the front, an opening front and rear, and the pizza launcher springs out the side door by pressing down on the giant pizza on top.
The pizza launcher requires 3 AA batteries, and you have to make sure the on/off switch is on the on position, and press the red button to fire. You will hear a motor sound as it launches the pizza. Press the red button again to fire another pizza.
The turtles can be placed on the rear handle bar, drivers side and passenger, pizza launcher and placed inside the rear. The cockpit has two seats, and additional figures can be stored in the back, but there are no seats or pegs for their feet to stand on. Michelangelo fits best to be seated in the pizza launcher given his small size.
Overall, the Pizzafire Van is a great vehicle that fans are surely going to enjoy. This is an essential vehicle for the turtles and one that you should add to your collection. Check out the stores below for where to buy.
