Super7 is offering cartoon based offerings of their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ReAction figures, and this wave includes Shredder, Rocksteady, Foot Soldier and Undercover Raphael. The ReAction line is notable for 5 points of articulation, and inspired from classic toy lines released during the 1970’s, and early 1980’s, such as Kenner Star Wars.

Each of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ReAction Figures are packaged on a blister card, with beautifully done artwork of each character on the front, logo’s, and the artwork pays tribute to the character along with a New York City Channel 6 News building backdrop. The back of the blister card includes character artwork for the wave, including the cartoon turtles below it.
This wave is notable for being the second offering of the ReAction figures in cartoon deco, and includes Undercover Raphael, Shredder, Rocksteady and a Foot Soldier.
Undercover Raphael comes in his beige coat, a hat with red trip, a red bandana sculpted over his eyes and around his head, and a bright green skin tone.
Shredder comes a dark grey, black and light grey armor with the spikes, and the cape is made of plastic in the back.
Rocksteady comes in a green helmet, pink tank top, brown belt and shoes, and light brown pants. His skin tone is light grey, with lumps and sculpted textures. His head comes with the horn that is a lighter grey, and he has yellow eyes with black pupils.
The Foot Soldier is painted in black, purple and light grey forearm guards, and he has the yellow eyes and the Foot logo on his forehead.
Rocksteady includes a knife and blaster, Undercover Raphael his sais, the Foot Soldier a blaster, and Shredder his katana.
Each includes 5 points of articulation, including a swivel neck, swivel shoulders, and swivel hips.
Undercover Raphael is the only figure given a new sculpt as he has the rain coat. Rocksteady, the Foot Soldier and Shredder are repaints from their previous release. The sais for Undercover Raphael and the blaster for the Foot Soldier are brand new, and the knife and blaster for Rocksteady, and the katana for Shredder are reuse.
In the images above (and below), here’s a comparison with what’s come before. It should be noticed that the cartoon Raphael from the previous wave is not shown as I don’t have that one to show you guys, but the other offerings are shown.
Overall, Super7 have once again offered some nice looking Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles ReAction figures, and fans are surely going to love these. The new deco pays a great likeness to the cartoon, but also keep in mind these are a bit stylized and the sculpts are not supposed to be complexly accurate to the cartoon counterparts, only the deco. An example of this would be Rocksteady’s helmet, as he didn’t wear that in the cartoon.
