Bandai Namco is offering some new figures based on the newly released Dragon Ball Super: SUPER HERO film from 2022. Gohan and Vegeta are based on the new film, and come in new outfits. In Dragon Ball Super: SUPER HERO, the Red Ribbon army returns and the grandson of Dr. Gero, while not a villain like his grandfather, created two heroic androids, Gamma 1 and Gamma 2, and creates Cell Max for the evil Red Ribbon army that recruited him.

Gohan and Vegeta are packaged in a window box, with artwork and logo’s of the characters on the front, images of the characters on the side, and images of the figures and logo’s on the back. They each come in a plastic tray for safe keeping, and their interchangeable hands are beside them.
Gohan comes in his purple outfit, a red belt, light brown boots, and black wrist bands. The clothing is given sculpted wrinkles to make it look more realistic, and the two parts covering the shoulders are a separate piece to give the shoulders more range in motion. The head sculpt is nicely done with black eye brows, and sculpted hair.
Included with Gohan are two sets of interchangeable hand sculpts, closed fisted and open.
Gohan’s articulation includes a ball jointed head, ball jointed neck, swivel-hinged shoulders, swivel biceps, double-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, ball jointed torso, swivel waist, ball jointed hips, double-hinged knees, and ball joined ankles (with limited movement).
Vegeta is offered in his dark blue outfit, light grey gloves and boots, with yellow in the front of the boots. The outfit is also given sculpted wrinkles, and the head sculpt includes nicely done facial details, sculpted and pained eye brows, and sculpted hair.
Included with Vegeta are two sets of interchangeable hand sculpts, closed fisted and open.
Vegeta’s articulation includes a ball jointed head, ball jointed neck, swivel-hinged shoulders, swivel biceps, double-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, ball jointed torso, swivel waist, ball jointed hips, double-hinged knees, and ball joined ankles (with limited movement).
Overall, Gohan and Vegeta are excellent figures that fans are definitely going to want to add to their collection. These are nice updates and something we haven’t gotten before in this line, so you’re definitely going to want to jump on board and grab these.
