Breaking Story – Walmart Not Paying Commissions on Referred Toy Sales, Also Don’t Pre-Order From Them Today

It is with a heavy heart that I have to share with people that Walmart is refusing to pay commissions on referred sales this month on toys, and have lowered the commission rates to 0-1% on that department, refusing to pay influencers and affiliates their earned revenue that we were getting from previous months.
In the last 2 weeks, over $900 was referred to them so far (links have been removed once this was discovered), and what are they paying us? 52 cents! $0.52 is what they’re trying to get away with and saying that only 2 sales were commissionable.
This is why coverage to Target was dropped because of their policy not to pay commissions on toys, and now Walmart, for the first-time really, is doing the same thing.
Deepest apologies to our readers that want to know what’s going on, but we have server costs, and deserve to be compensated. Corporate doesn’t work for free, so why should influencers and content creators work free of charge and at 52 cents? This is truly unfair. Walmart, shame on you!
Please share this article and help spread the word of what Walmart is doing. I had given Walmart an opportunity to fix this before an article went up, but they ignored it.
Update 11am EST: It’s been asked that if I knew I wasn’t making anything on sales, why would I trust them to pay a commission. The answer is they had previously stated a few months back that commissions went down to 2% on toys, but their policy had changed this month, and I did not realize that, and they lowered their commission to 0%.
Also, do not pre-order from them today because they will likely just cancel your pre-order. They collect your money now, and refuse to refund you if you desire to return your item months from now after it ships, that’s if they even ship it, or won’t fulfill your order. They cannot be trusted!
