DC Icons Justice League 7 Pack 6″ Rebirth Wonder Woman Figure Review

DC Collectibles is offering a Justice League 7 pack based on DC Comics Rebirth storyline in their Icons line. This 7 pack includes Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, The Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg. Each figure does not include accessories as opposed to the single pack release. Each figure in the 7 pack is also an update to the single pack, with an up-scaled sculpt, so that it’s a taller figure.

Thank you to DC Collectibles for providing their DC Icons Justice League 7 Pack for review. Look for this to his comic shops and online retailers beginning March 22nd, 2017.

DC Collectibles Justice League 7 pack 6″ Wonder Woman figure stands at roughly 6 1/4″ tall and this is the first release of Wonder Woman in the Icons line. Wonder Woman is sculpted as she appears in the DC Comics Rebirth storyline, which is a relaunch of the publisher back in 2016. As you can see in the comparison images, the figures sculpt is also bigger and bulkier, as are the rest of the figures in this box set compared to their individual releases.

Wonder Woman’s Rebirth outfit is a newly designed costume, and she is sculpted in a red shirt with gold trim at the top and waist that is shaped like a “W”. Below the belt, are her very short blue shorts with gold grim outlining the edges and stars on both sides. Her forearms are covered with the silver bracelets, which can deflect bullets as seen in the comics. The blue shorts also have a texture to it that is not on any other part of the sculpt. Her boots are painted in the same red color as the shirt, but are smooth as opposed to the lines sculpted on the shirt and bracelets. The boots are also outlined with gold trim, with a solid gold line at the center of the knees going all the way down to he foot. The knee is covered with a gold plate serving as armor, but it does not block the articulation as the knee can bend backwards.

As she does not come with any accessories, her hands are sculpted with close fists, which can be removed and are compatible with previous Icons figures to use as interchangeable hand sculpts. Since none that we can think came with beige hands in that particular shade, swapping out hands for this figure might not make sense with what is available right now.

The box set comes with a MSRP of $100, but if you shop smart there are stores listed below that are selling it for less.
