NECA Toys have given fans the first preview of their upcoming RoboCop Vs. Terminator 7″ Scale figure line-up with a working prototype of RoboCop. The figure is based on the future version of Robocop seen in the Dark Horse Comics Robocop vs. Terminator limited series in 1992. The comic run was a four part series and was written by Frank Miller and drawn by Walt Simonson. NECA and Dark Horse have teamed up before on such franchises such as Predator, Alien, Terminator, and RoboCop. This is the first-time that a toy line will be based on this comic run, which will hopefully include printed copies of the issues. We will update as we know more.
With San Diego Comic-Con in two months, and New York Comic-Con in October, hopefully NECA Toys will have fully painted figures to share.
