BigBadToyStore sent out an update to those that pre-ordered the Marvel Legends 6″ Vintage Figures. The existing pre-order was for a case of 6 figures, that was going to come in a factory sealed case. Since that time, things have changed, and fans will now receive a set of 6.
This message is to inform you that the Marvel Legends Vintage Wave 1 has changed from a Case of 6 to a Set of 6 for all new and existing Pre-orders. This means the figures will not ship to you in a factory sealed case box; and now you can choose to upgrade your Pre-order to Collector Grade if desired!

Pre-Orders are available on Entertainment Earth and BigBadToyStore. These figures are expected to ship in December 2017.
