A store exclusive can sometimes be difficult (or impossible) to find, and imagine if a store takes advantage of their own exclusive by raising the price to have it shipped to you, and offering a cheaper price to have it shipped to the store. Well, that is what Wal-Mart.com is doing.
Wal-Mart is now offering two different prices, a $10 price increase, on their exclusive Marvel Legends 6″ Black Panther figure. In order to have it shipped to you, the figure is now priced at $29.97 for 2-day shipping, as opposed to picking up in store, which is $19.87.
What’s worse is that it doesn’t stop at this product, other Wal-Mart store exclusives are being used in a similar way. This includes their exclusive Star Wars TBS 6″ scale Imperial AT-AT was recently priced at $45 to pick it up, and $54.99 to have it shipped to you. It is now listed at $54.99, so there is only one price for it. For Black Panther, the two different prices remain.
