At long last, NECA Toys will be shipping out their IT 7″ Scale Ultimate Pennywise (2017) Figure this week, and fans can find him in stores in the coming weeks ahead. Pennywise is based on last years hot film IT, and comes fully detailed as you would expect from NECA. Pennywise includes three interchangeable heads, interchangeable hands, red balloon and a paper boat that belonged to Georgie.
