NECA Toys revealed the packaging of their upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 Movie Foot Soldier 1/4″ Scale Figure. The Foot Ninja includes an axe, a sword, nightstick, sai, two different nunchucks, and six additional interchangeable hand sculpts. The Foot Soldier is scheduled to ship in Q1, 2019 (it’s looking like a March release).
