During New York ToyFair, Mezco Toyz offered two exclusive figure offerings for valued press partners that had attended their booth for their annual Press Event. This includes Gomez Agent Edition, and Marvel’s Blade. These figures were presented at the end of the Mezco Press Event as a thank you for attending and for the continued support of their products. Agent Edition Gomez is also going to be released to the general public, and the only difference on this is the ToyFair 2019 Exclusive sticker on the box, and the version you get will come with a comic book (this one does not). The included instructions suggests that additional pieces and accessories may come with the mass retail edition of the figure.

Gomez Agent Edition measures slightly under 7″ tall and is based on the Mezco Toys mascot. Three of the head sculpts have an insect appearance (his classic look, an updated modern look, and a roach head), with ball jointed antennas and bug eyes with each of the insect heads featuring a unique sculpt. There is also a black Skelton head with eye sockets and this stands out from the included insect heads, and this seems to be included just for fun. The figure comes well dressed in a fabric black suit and tie, black pants, dark grey dress shirt, and black and white sneakers with the Mezco logo on the bottom of them. The trench coat has an integrated posing wire in the belt, and is also made of fabric.
Gomez comes with a long list of accessories, which includes:
- takedown rifle with two (2) removable magazines (fits in boom box)
- One (1) Boom Boom boom box
- One (1) sticker sheet for boom box, sword sheath, or wherever
- One (1) Cosmic Peashooter blaster gun
- One (1) Zip Sword with sheath (with adjustable cross-body strap)

The hand sculpts are also as follow:

His articulation is standard for One:12, which is all hidden underneath the fabric clothing. This includes a ball jointed head, ball jointed shoulders, swivel biceps, double-hinged elbows, ball jointed wrists, swivel waist, ball jointed hips, double-hinged knees, and ball jointed ankles.
Overall, Gomez is an excellent figure with a great likeness and accessories. Mezco fans and collections surely won’t want to miss out on this one!
