Some great news for ThunderCats fans today with the announcement that their second wave of Savage World: ThunderCats figures, which includes Cheetara, Tygra, Monkian and Jackalman are on their way to your toy shelves. This is exceptional news considering that the fate of these figures have been unknown since last year, and where shown on the cardbacks of wave 1.
ThunderCats has had gotten a lot of attention this month, with the announcement that Super7 will continue the Classics line following the cancellation by Mattel in 2016, as announced back at Power-Con earlier this month.
Funko will be filling in some core characters that are much needed to this line, and fans will be able to obtain these figures in December 2019. Beyond this second wave, there are no announcements for a third wave at this time, and we’re hopeful to see this happen even though Super7 are also offering figures.
