Fisher-Price Imaginext DC Super Friends Transforming Batmobile R/C Vehicle Review

One of this years biggest vehicle offerings from Fisher-Price is the DC Super Friends Transforming Batmobile R/C Vehicle in their Imaginext line. This Batmobile can transform in a raised battle mode, and is also a transport for numerous DC Imaginext figures that can be stored in seats on the sides, the platform as well as the cockpit.

For the holiday season, Wal-Mart is offering Toy Rollbacks on a number of this years hottest toy offerings, including this R/C Batmobile Vehicle. Starting this month, they are also offering a Wal-Mart Toy Lab, where kids and adults can test these toys through an online interactive digital experience available online at www.walmarttoylab.com. Full details about this can be found in the press release

Thank you to Wal-Mart for providing the Imaginext DC Super Friends Transforming Batmobile R/C Vehicle.

Availability: 2019

The Imaginext Dc Super Friends Transformers Batmobile R/C Vehicle is packaged on a standard packaging for large scale vehicles from this line, which includes the Imaginext logo on the front, and on the back are images demonstrating its features, and other offerings from the line.

The Batmobile measures approximately 17″ long x 10″ wide x 6″ height and serves not only as Batman’s most famous ride, but as a multi-troop transport that can store other Imaginext figures in the alternate mode. In vehicle mode, the Batmobile features a cockpit for Batman, and with the remote control that is included, you can steer it around on the floor, spin it, and is given lights and sound effects.

The red power pad that Batman can stand on can also active these lights and sound effects, and you can turn the power pad, or use the bottom on the remote control the vehicle can be raised and serve as a transport for many other DC Imaginext figures as shown. Also as the Batmobile is being raised, it fires two yellow discs straight ahead.

In this mode, two figures can be placed inside the seats behind the front tires, on platforms behind the seats, and the center serves as an area to display between 6-12 Imaginext figures.

This transport can serve the Justice League well and can be a mobile base of operations or the front line of defense against Darkseid or another big threat. Aside from the bottom, the top part is the cockpit where Batman can drive it. The Batmobile can be lowered back into vehicle mode by pressing the power pad, or by pressing the button on the remote control.

Batman comes in a standard grey and black batsuit, with a cloth cape, yellow and black Batman logo on his chest, and a yellow utility belt. Also included are four yellow discs.

Overall, The Transforming Batmobile R/C Vehicle from Fisher-Price is a great offering for kids and there are hours of fun to be had. While adult collect’s will likely only buy the smaller offerings, this is one of the largest Batmobile vehicles we’ve seen in this line and definitely can serve as a focal point to any Imaginext or DC Collection. We particularly like the transforming feature on this and the fact it can be used to place additional figures on the lower portion. Currently, it’s on sale right now at Wal-Mart for $67.99, down from $79.99.
