This year at New York ToyFair, NECA Toys will be offering a new collection of 1/4″ scale Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figures based on the classic cartoon, Raphael is the first one shown, and you can check out the official details and images below. Cowabunga! NECA is proud to introduce a new 1/4 scale line with the Super Size Raphael. Based off of his design in the 1987 Classic Cartoon, Raphael stands over 16″ tall with nearly 30 points of articulation and comes with interchangeable heads to portray his cool, but tough personality. Rounding out his accessories are dual sais, extra hands, slices of pizza, and to top it all off, a Turtle Communicator that opens and closes.
