NECA Toys have revealed the packaging of their upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Baxter Stockman & Splinter Figures, which are inspired by the 1980’s/1990’s series. This is in addition to yesterday’s reveals of new figures images, which gives you a look at all of the accessories included with these figures. These 2-packs are offered as Target Exclusives.
