NECA Toys have released some new images of their upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Rat King & Vernon 2 Pack that is based on the classic ’87 cartoon series, and this is exclusively available at Target in 2021. This set is inspired from the Season 4 episode “Were-Rats from Channel 6,” when the Rat King turns Irma and Vernon into humanoid rats using a can of mutagen he found in the sewers.
