NECA Toys revealed the packaging of their upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Rat King & Vernon 2 Pack that is based on the classic ’87 cartoon series, and this is exclusively available at Target. Look for these figures to ship next month. This set is inspired from the Season 4 episode “Were-Rats from Channel 6,” when the Rat King turns Irma and Vernon into humanoid rats using a can of mutagen he found in the sewers.
