NECA Toys revealed their upcoming Wal-Mart Exclusive Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: II – The Secret Of The Ooze Stealth Super Shredder Figure, which is a homage to the 1991 mail-away figure. This is a black costumed Shredder figure, with a new leather-like cape. The figure is not available yet, but keep checking back. He is priced at $29.96.

Desperate to vanquish his foes, Shredder consumes the last bit of mutagen to transform himself into the hulking Super Shredder.
