NECA is celebrating Turtle Tuesday with a look at the packaging of their upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Cartoon Series Disguise 4-Pack Figures, which includes all four turtles in their street clothing to blend in with humans. This set is inspired from the ’87 cartoon series, and should be priced between $100-$125 USD. Look for this to hit Target this Spring.
