Scarlet is packaged in a box with beautiful retro inspired artwork, with a black box, along with a silhouette of Scarlet on the front, the G.I. Joe logo on the front, sides and back.
Scarlet is a stylized figure that is painted and inspired from the G.I. Joe cardback artwork, and is in her dark grey and yellow outfit. The dark grey consist of the legs, arms and upper chest, and the yellow parts cover most of the chest, torso, forearms, and boots.
Her head sculpt is also stylized, with big eyes, a tiny mouth, and big red hair in a ponytail in the back. The face is nicely painted and they did a nice job here. The head is also oversized a bit and larger than the body.
Scarlet is in a fixed pose and she is holding her iconic crossbow in her right hand, and this is painted in a metallic silver with a red arrow tip. There are also some accessories sculpted to her body, including a dagger with a red handle, and two throwing stars that are painted in a metallic silver on her left forearm. She also has a yellow pocket on her right hip, and there are two metallic silver zippers on her chest.
