NECA Toys revealed their upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 1990 Movie Hamato Yoshi FIgure for Turtle Tuesday, who was Splinter’s owner in the film. The figure includes the cage for Splinter, and there appears to be a rat also include the cage.
