NECA Toys and Judith Hoag, the actress that portrayed April O’Neil in the film, gave fans another behind the scenes look at the making of her action figure for Turtle Tuesday. In this video, she talks about articulation, including the initial sculpts by Adrienne Smith, and the final head sculpts being done by Trevor Grover. There is also coverage of the paint work by Geoff Trapp, and how NECA’s team are using digital patterns to match the fabric patterns of the outfits and accessories. The video also gives fans sneak peeks at the in-progress figure sculpts, including how the hand painted figure is designe, and including a surprise tease of the unmasked Elias Koteas Casey Jones portrait.
