Fisher-Price is offering an assortment of Imaginet figures, dinosaurs and this Haller vehicle that is based on the Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous series on Netflix. This Dinosaur Haller is a repaint from the 2019 release of the same vehicle, and instead of the net projectile, it comes with Yaz and two Compsognathus (Compy) Dinosaur figures.
Thank you to Fisher-Price and the Imaginext brand team for providing their Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous Dinosaur Haller and Yaz set for review.
Availability: July 2021
The set is packaged on the standard Imaginext packaging, with the truck placed inside an open box with artwork from the Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous line, including an image of Bumby on the front. You also have the ability to test the set out by turning the red power pad on top, which can lower the ramp. The back shows how the set works, including the lowering of the ramp, and the cage going down it as that is on wheels.
The Haller is quite an impressive design for the Jurassic World Imaginext line, which is basically a large truck with six large black wheels, that is used a transport vehicle to carry a dinosaur or two from the line, in a large cage with a front, and trap door on top.
The set includes four Imaginext figures, including the Haller driver, which is just a generic Jurassic Park worker, Yaz from Camp Cretaceous, and two Compsognathus (Compy) Dinosaur figures that are painted in a different shade of green. The Compy’s can climb onto Yaz or the driver and hold on, which is a nice touch. The driver is also a repaint from the previously offered figure that came with the truck the first time around. Yaz is an essential character in this set as it gets you one step closer to all the kids in Camp Cretaceous, which most are also available now.
The power pad on top, which is the red piece that a figure can stand on, can turn and allows the ramp to open, and the cage to slide down it. The cage is best used for one of the medium sized dinosaurs as shown, and includes an opening door, and trap door on top.
The truck can also hold all of the Camp Cretaceous kids released so far, which includes Ben with Bumpy, Darius, Yasmina, and Kenji that are offered with dinosaur figures. With the cage off the top of the truck, figures can be placed on top, with others in the drivers seats.
Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous is quite an interesting show, and even had Dr. Henry Wu guest star at the end of the current season. It’s a great show for all Jurassic Park/Jurassic World fans, and the products that Mattel has been offering from this brand have been some of the best offerings for it. This of course includes Fisher-Price’s Imaginext team has been making some of the best products of this brand that we’ve seen.
Overall, the Haller is a great vehicle that is a perfect addition to the line, and essential especially if you want to own all the kids in this collection. Make sure to pick it up now, and you can find it at the following stores:
