It’s another Turtle Tuesday, and NECA is giving fans a preview at their upcoming Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Classic Cartoon Tokka & Rahzar Figures that will be joining the line. These characters appeared in the season 7 episode “Dirk Savage: Mutant Hunter,” which became popular characters given their role in the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze film. What you see above are unpainted prototypes as they appeared in the cartoon series, not the film as those figures were offered last Summer for Comic-Con.
