The Featured Favorites line is packaged in a window box, with artwork and images of the characters on the front, sides and back. Each figure is also placed inside a plastic tray for safe keeping along with their accessories.

Bing Bong is based on his appearance from 2015’s Inside Out animated film, and is the imaginary friend of Riley Anderson. Bing Bong is essentially a pink elephant made out of cotton candy, with a Cheshire Cat’s tail from Alice in Wonderland. The figure is big, rounded and heavy set, with a torso with layers of sculpted wrinkles and folds, and over it is a sculpted dark brown jacket, with a flower, buttons, pouches and black gloves on his hands with his fingers poking through. There is also a purple bo-tie sculpted over his chest. The feet are given a sculpted texture and offered in light orange stripes and yellow, with the tail given light and dark purple stripes.

The interesting aspect about his figure is that he’s scented to smell like cotton candy, and the fumes are a bit strong and could smell up a room. This is something I haven’t seen since Mattel released Stinkor in Masters of the Universe Classics, and a feature that you don’t get too often on action figures.

His head sculpt includes an elephant trunk, ears, and a small hat. He also has a sculpted mouth and eyes that are nicely done, and the trunk is made of rubber so you can move it around.

His articulation includes a ball jointed head, ball hinged shoulders, swivel-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, waist rotation, ball jointed hips, and a swivel-hinged tail.

Included is a backpack, that can be split open to store the magical orb.

Flik and Dot are based on their appearance in Pixar’s 1998 A Bug’s Life film, and are essentially two ants.

Filk has  a thin, tall and blue figure sculpt, with antenna’s and a smooth sculpt. He’s also covered with dark blue dots over his body that you see when taking a closer look at it, which is somewhat hidden over the shininess of the sculpt.

Dot is a small pink ant, with bent antenna’s, made of the same shinny plastic as Filk, with wings and a lean body with a big head.

Flik’s articulation includes a ball jointed head, ball jointed antenna’s, swivel-hinged shoulders, swivel-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged hips, and swivel-hinged knees. Dot’s articulation includes a ball jointed head, ball jointed antenna’s, swivel-hinged shoulders, and swivel-hinged hips.

Flik includes his signature backpack with gear and hat he takes on his search for warrior bugs allies. Also included is a cloverleaf display stand that both figures can stand on.

Celia Mae and Mike Wazowski are based on their appearance in 2001’s Monsters Inc.

Mike Wazowski is a short, rounded torso cyclops with thin arms and legs, with horns on to the top of his head. This figure features an articulated eye ball, which is ball jointed and be moved around. The sculpt is smooth and he’s painted in a bright green, with a turquoise eye ball and grey horns.

His articulation includes a ball jointed eye, swivel-hinged shoulders and wrists, swivel-hinged hips and ankles.

Celia Mae is also a cyclops with hair that represents medusa, with blue snakes that are textured. Her dress is also textured like a snakes or reptiles skin, and tentacles for arms and legs. Her skin is primary light purple, with the tentacles for the legs being made of a soft plastic so you can move them. The forearms also have blue stripes, that match the piece around her neck.

Her articulation includes a ball jointed head, swivel-hinged shoulders, swivel-hinged elbows, swivel waist, and moveable tentacles.

Included is a tray with sushi and teapot.

Crush and Squirt are based on their appearance from 2003’s Finding Nemo film.

Crush is a sea turtle and this figure pays a great likeness to him, with a sculpted brown shell with textures sculpted on, and a wash around the sides. His flippers are also nicely sculpted with details on and sculpted lines on both the top and bottom, and sculpted details on the chest. His head sculpt is nicely done with a great likeness, with sculpted facial details including eyes and a mouth, and the same sculpted details on the top of the head, nose and back of the neck as the flippers.

Squirt is a baby sea turtle, with the same great likeness and details as Crush. His shell includes orange and yellow deco on top, which is nicely done and the shell has some sculpted textures. The floppers also have the sculpted brown details that you see on the top of his head, as well as the chest.

Crush’s articulation includes a ball joined head, neck, and swivel-hinged flippers x4. Squirt has a ball jointed head, and swivel-hinged flippers x4.

Overall, Mattel’s designers have done such an incredible job on these likenesses and each pay a great likeness to how they appeared in their respective films. The quality and attention to detail on these makes them a bargain for the asking price of $21.99 each, and these are surely something you would want to own if you’re a fan of Pixar films.
