Hasbro has brought back their Premium Roleplay Tesseract that was offered at San Diego Comic-Con 2018, along with a new Marvel Legends Loki 6″ figure based on the Loki television series on Disney+. The Terreract is a full-scale 1:1 collectible that you can hold in your hand as the actors can do in the series, along with lights and requires 3x AAA batteries. Loki with Premium Roleplay Tesseract is packaged in a box with images and artwork of the contents on the front, sides and back. Inside, they are packaged in cardboard, with Loki and his accessories packaged in a baggie.
The Tesseract is the same as the one you got at San Diego Comic-Con, and comes in a clear case with a removable top for safe keeping. The Tessoract lights-up by opening it, and installing batteries into the clear plastic circular piece inside. It requires 3 AAA batteries, and once lit up by pressing the button on the clear piece, the Tessoract brights up, and stays that way until you click the button again to turn it off.
Loki is based on the Disney+ series, and comes in a light grey shirt, brown pants, dark brown dress shows, a dark brown belt and a tie made of soft plastic with patterns printed on. The head sculpt is nicely done and features a good likenesses, with nicely done facial details and black sculpted hair.
Loki is fully articulated, including a ball joined head, ball hinged shoulders, swivel biceps, swivel-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, ab crunch, swivel waist, ball jointed hips, double hinged knees, hinged and rocker ankles.
Included is a dagger and effect piece that slides right on. The effect piece is firmly in place and won’t fall off, which is a nice surprise.
Overall, this set is a great offering and a great catch up option for those that don’t have the SDCC Tesseract. Loki is exclusive for this set and you will need him for your Disney+ and Avengers collections, so it’ll be wise to grab this set while it’s available.
