Beta Ray Bill makes his debut in Diamond Select Toys Marvel Select line, which came as a pleasant surprise to some given the obscurity of the character and the fact there are still versions of Thor that they haven’t gotten too in this line. Beta Ray Bill is inspired from his 2021 mini series, and includes his hammer Stormbreaker, and a spinning hammer effect.

Beta Ray Bill comes packaged in the Select style blister card, with an image of him on the side, and an image on the back.
Beta Ray Bill stands at roughly 8.5″ tall and is inspired from his 2021 comic series. Beta Ray Bill comes in his asguard outfit, which includes the dark blue outfit with metallic gold armor, and a red cape in the back. The helmet includes wings on the sides, and the red hair on top with a black wash, and goes about half way down his back. The head sculpt looks great and they did a nice job capturing his likeness, including the details on the beak.
The outfit also includes gold gloves, with the right hand sculpted in an open grip, and the left hand in an open position with the fingers sculpted apart. The outfit however, while nice and shiny looking, does not have any weathering effects, including on Stormbreaker that would have looked great on him.
He comes with two essential accessories, including his hammer Stormbreaker, and the spinner hammer effect that should be included with every Thor character.
His articulation is also standard for the select line, and includes a ball jointed head, ball hinged shoulders, swivel-hinged elbows, swivel-hinged wrists, ball jointed torso, swivel waist, ball jointed hips, swivel thighs, swivel-hinged knees, swivel calves, hinged and rocker ankles.
Overall, Beta Ray Bill is a phenomenal figure and this offering pays a great representation to the character as seen in the comics. He is surely an essential part of the Marvel Select line, and I encourage you to pick him up.
